1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. User Content

• You own the content you upload (e.g., pet names, logs, notes, photos).
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or offensive, or that you do not have rights to share.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data without authorization, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and design. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third parties (e.g., Supabase for authentication/storage, Expo for app services). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
